1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or refund. To qualify:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging with labels intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) must be provided.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives with defective, damaged, or missing items:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours by emailing judzsinkoreaipatikaja@gmail.com with photos and order details.

  2. Choose ONE of the following solutions:

    • Immediate Replacement/Refund: We’ll ship a new item or refund your payment.

    • Replacement with Your Next Order: If preferred, we’ll add the missing/defective item to your next order at no extra cost.

    • Your choice will be confirmed via email.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Exceptions: Refunds are not available for:

    • Hygienic products (e.g., lipsticks, makeup brushes).

    • Customized/personalized items.

4. Return Shipping

  • Faulty/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs.

  • Other Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Replacement with Next Order (Optional Service)

  • This option is only available if requested by the customer.

  • The replacement item will be added to your next order placed within 30 days.

  • If no new order is placed within 30 days, we’ll issue a standard refund or ship the replacement separately.

6. Legal rights

This policy does not override your statutory rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU or Hungarian consumer laws (45/2014. (II. 26.) Government Decree). You retain the right to:

  • A full refund for faulty items.

  • Request repairs or replacements regardless of this policy.
