1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or refund. To qualify:
Products must be unused, in their original packaging with labels intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) must be provided.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order arrives with defective, damaged, or missing items:
Notify us within 48 hours by emailing judzsinkoreaipatikaja@gmail.com with photos and order details.
Choose ONE of the following solutions:
Immediate Replacement/Refund: We’ll ship a new item or refund your payment.
Replacement with Your Next Order: If preferred, we’ll add the missing/defective item to your next order at no extra cost.
Your choice will be confirmed via email.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Exceptions: Refunds are not available for:
Hygienic products (e.g., lipsticks, makeup brushes).
Customized/personalized items.
4. Return Shipping
Faulty/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs.
Other Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Replacement with Next Order (Optional Service)
This option is only available if requested by the customer.
The replacement item will be added to your next order placed within 30 days.
If no new order is placed within 30 days, we’ll issue a standard refund or ship the replacement separately.
